How it works

You do the first step. We do the rest, and you get a pack ready to go out.

    Draw your patch

    Mark the area you work in on a map. A few streets, an estate, a town, whatever you cover. Change it whenever you like.

  2. 02

    A house sells

    When a house sells on your patch, we know. It goes on your board with the address and the date it sold.

  3. 03

    We make the pack

    We take that house’s kitchen as it was sold and design it three ways in the styles you fit. Your logo, your colours, your number, on every page.

  4. 04

    It lands on their doormat

    Four sheets of A4, printed and posted to the new owners. New owners do the kitchen first, and yours is the one they have already seen.

What is in the pack

Four sheets of A4, landscape, printed in your brand colour on good paper. Every page carries your logo, your phone number and your email.

  • Page 1 Their kitchen, designed your way, across the whole sheet.
  • Pages 2 and 3 The same room in three designs, with the products you fit named under each one.
  • Page 4 Your name, your number, your sign off, and a code that opens the designs on their phone.

7 kitchen looks. You pick three.

Every pack is designed in three styles. You choose which three from the library, and you can swap them whenever you want. The next pack uses the new set.

Upload photos of kitchens you have finished and you get a fourth design in your own look, named after your business.

You can also name the ovens, hobs, sinks and taps you fit, and they turn up in the designs and get credited on the page.
